Julia Hütter

Technical manager, commercial manager, authorized signatory, head of IMS

Immediately after completing her training at the  college for communications engineering, the young engineer began working in the quality control department in 2004. Two years of intensive training and qualifications followed, which not only kindled Mrs. Julia Hütter’s enthusiasm for quality and environmental management, but also made her head of said department in 2006.

In 2020 Mrs. Hütter took over the management of operations and in 2022 the entire technical management. With more than 18 years of service, she can draw on a great deal of knowledge about employees and production. With her style, she keeps the needs of the employees and the company in balance.

Julia Hütter is particularly proud of the constant environmental commitment of HAASE Gesellschaft m.b.H. Since 2004, the company has been a member of ÖKOprofit, a network of companies that have set themselves high environmental standards – improving CO2 values, economical usage of energy and water – and the will to constantly improving those standards.

In addition, Mrs. Julia Hütter coordinates the security system. This involves not only monitoring compliance with all laws and regulations through but even the distribution of protective clothing.

It is part of her credo to be constantly in touch with the employees, to extensively communicate in order to learn from each other, and to let the employees know that Julia Hütter always has an open ear for suggestions for improvement and new ideas.
