Founded in the year 1859 by Otto Traugott Haase in Graz and today managed by the 5th generation of the family, HAASE Gesellschaft m.b.H. is an internationally leading producer of cables in power transmission as well as ropes for industrial rope and lifting systems. Decades of expertise, technical competence and an extensive quality management are behind an annual production of about 10.000 tons of cables/ropes in the most diverse designs that are supplied throughout the world out of the city of Graz.

HAASE quality laboratory

The demand for top quality is the driving force behind all actions of HAASE. Apart from the quality management system according to ISO 9001, accurate inspections of the incoming wires and primary materials as well as continuous manufacturing controls with tensile tests during production ensure that the customer gets a sophisticated product. The quality of the HAASE products is guaranteed for every special purpose rope with an internal inspection stamp that allows traceability of the quality and origin as well as by repeated tests on the HAASE rope test bench.

The term HAASE quality, however, is also defined by the level of post-purchase customer satisfaction and, naturally, includes the quality of employee relations and the responsibility towards the environment as documented by the certification according to ISO 14001.
